Loving the potato pizza at classic NYC spot Five Points goes against everything we believe in. For one, potatoes do not belong on pizza. Secondly, we abhor truffle oil. Despite the roadblocks seemingly present, we devoured this dish anyway. The creamy fontina cheese melds perfectly with thin slices of Yukon gold potatoes and just a slight drizzle of truffle oil takes this pie from ordinary to transcendent. Call us potato pizza converts.
