Good news for BBQ lovers. There are some changes coming to BrisketTown BBQ in Williamsburg, and good things are happening at pitmaster (and 30 Under 30 honoree) Daniel Delaney’s Brooklyn BBQ joint - reopening soon following a weekend renovation. First, there will be table service in what was initially a counter service-only restaurant - this means you’ll no longer be standing around with a big hunk o' meat on your tray, waiting for a table. Another big change is a redesign with more space. Delaney, who furnished the area with new benches made from white oak, notes that it's "the same wood we use to smoke our meats." There will also be full service at the bar and an expanded menu, including sausages, pulled pork and made-to-order appetizers (718-701-8909).
