Though the recent opening of The Regency Bar & Grill signals the return of the power breakfast, Executive Chef Dan Silverman's kitchen is cooking up serious meals at every hour of the day. The former Standard Grill chef is joined by pastry chef Jeff Sytsma, most recently of The Elm, with former Benoit Bistro wine director André Compeyre overseeing a wine list that features over 700 bottles. Silverman's menu focuses on modern American dishes, with locally sourced ingredients a big part of the overall picture. For an in-depth look, check out the pictures below.

Pared-down dishes like Atlantic halibut with fennel, black olives, and cherry tomatoes (pictured) are typical of Chef Silverman's menu. Guests can also enjoy options like lobster rolls, a dry-aged rib steak for two, and a signature burger with homemade pickles.

The dining room draws inspiration from a traditional Park Avenue home. A velvet interior along with columns and bookshelves provide the impression we're dining in a stately manor, with iconic New York images on the wall.

Sourcing local produce for dishes like snow pea radish salad with shiitake and sesame (pictured) is one of the new innovations that Silverman is bringing to the hotel.
