Though the recent opening of The Regency Bar & Grill signals the return of the power breakfast, Executive Chef Dan Silverman's kitchen is cooking up serious meals at every hour of the day. The former Standard Grill chef is joined by pastry chef Jeff Sytsma, most recently of The Elm, with former Benoit Bistro wine director André Compeyre overseeing a wine list that features over 700 bottles.
