First Look: Saul at the Brooklyn Museum

Saul Bolton has moved his namesake restaurant from Smith Street in Boreum Hill to the Brooklyn Museum in Prospect Heights, and we've got a sneek peek at the gorgeous interior and a few items from his seasonal, contemporary American menu. The new digs are larger (seating almost 90, with an outoor patio for 40), but the same talented staff will be tending to guests, including creative mixologist Dan Carlson.
