Crinkle-cut haters rejoice: the UES Shake Shack has officially started offering fresh, hand-cut fries. Citing customer demand, the Shack promises skin-on, never frozen, twice-cooked skinnies made from Idaho russets to accompany your shack attack. The announcement even comes with its own Twitter handle, #shackfreshfries, where lucky diners have already been weighing in on the biggest development in burgers this week.
