Hill Country Brooklyn Now Open, BBQ Market to FollowBy Billy Lyons | January 6, 2014 By Billy Lyons | January 6, 2014
Add Hill Country Chicken to the growing list of Manhattan businesses seeking additional fame in Brooklyn. The fast-casual fried chicken and homemade pie factory opened last week near the Brooklyn Supreme Court, joining Shake Shack as a few places jurors hit up while fulfilling their civic duty. The 11,000 square-foot space also plans to unveil a Hill Country Barbecue Market section in the upcoming weeks, where diners can fill their trays with beef brisket and Kreuz sausage if fresh cut fries and chicken sandwiches aren't appealing enough. The venue is also expected to host live musical performances, much like its Manhattan counterpart, once the operation is fully up and running.
