Hudson Malone Now Open for Drinks

Doug Quinn, old-school bartender extraordinaire, is ready once again to take your drink order. The former PJ Clarke's barkeep - whose storied tenure at the establishment came to an unexpected close last year due to an unruly customer's actions - has completed renovations on his new venture, Hudson Malone, in the Midtown space of the former Tammany Hall Tavern. Though it will roll out food in the coming weeks, for now customers can pop in for a drink during the soft opening. Named after Quinn's two sons, the saloon-style bar has a menu of locally sourced bites in the works, including a grass-fed organic beef burger courtesy of Pat LaFrieda. If there's any question about appropriate behavior here, a set of laws to live by can be found on the bar's website.
