We love it when two completely opposite culinary forces meet to create something magical, edible, and most of all, affordable. Today, Gramercy Tavern's Executive Chef and Managing Partner Michael Anthony unveiled their collaboration with Cambodian sandwich specialist Num Pang: The Gramercy Tavern Pang is a thick slice of duck meatloaf served with herbs and spicy kimchi on a toasted semolina baguette for $9.50. It will be available at all of the shop's five Manhattan locations through December 31. A portion of each sale will go to charities chosen by Anthony and Num Pang.
