Where to Brunch This Weekend: Huertas and Dover

Basque-style tapas den Huertas from chef Jonah Miller is launching brunch beginning this Saturday. Choose from a variety of dishes including Spanish French toast, three different Spanish tortillas (chorizo, pipperade and Española) an array of little sandwiches aka "bocadillos" (ham and cheese, calamari, tortilla) , pimenton bacon and huevos revueltos — scrambled eggs with shrimp and green garlic. Also new to the brunch scene this weekend is Carroll Gardens' Dover, the second restaurant from the guys behind the ever-popular Battersby. Expect plates like spring pea crostini, lamb ribs, eggs Benedict with smoked ham on a biscuit; and Ruby Red shrimp étouffée.
