Openings Around the U.S.: Eataly in Chicago, More

Chicago chef Paul Kahan (The Publican, Blackbird) and One Off Hospitality is expanding their mini-empire with their latest, Nico Osteria, which opened Monday night and is a tribute to all things Italian. Check out a peek at the space and menu right here

Also officially open as of Monday is Eataly Chicago. Here's an early peek inside.

Over in Seattle, the infamous "Chef in a Hat" (of Top Chef Masters fame) Thierry Rautureau has opened his latest Loulay this week, his third and most ambitious restaurant to date. Read about it right here.

In Philly, three potential mega openings all going down (maybe) this Friday. Kevin Sbraga's Fat Ham, Justin Bogle's Avance and Jose Garces' new Cuban diner Rosa Blanca. Stay tuned for word on these big yet unconfirmed openings.

Down in Austin, the city got its first outpost of the beloved In-N-Out, and believe us, it's worth reading about.

In NYC, Michael Psilakis' Kefi finally reopened on the UWS after being shuttered for water damage. Also in Brooklyn, from the Battersby folks, the much-anticipated Dover opened on Friday evening.

And in Snowmass, CO, LA-based chef Tim Goodell (Public Kitchen & Bar and 25 Degrees at the Hollywood Roosevelt) is expanding with two new eateries, Ricard (opened November 23rd) and Bia Hoi opening this Friday.
