The Paula Deen store will house the chef's cookbooks and even the first stove she used for her first cooking show. The chef's new restaurant is also scheduled to open nearby later this summer. David Burke: After announcing he was stepping down from his self-titled restaurant group's day-to-day operations, chef Burke announced the formation of a new venture, Chew on This Enterprises. Ice Coffee Keg: A new company, Joyride Coffee Distributors, is delivering kegs of cold brew coffee to offices in New York and San Francisco. The company works with artisanal roasters including Stumptown and Blue Bottle Coffee Co., with each keg offering 5 gallons — or 320 servings worth — of iced coffee. [Gothamist]
