R2L: Daniel Stern’s restaurant has the best view of the city from its 37th floor perch in Liberty II. Noord: Love is always in the air at Joncarl Lachman’s rustic dining room on East Passyunk. Bring your favorite wines to pair with five courses of Scandinavian cuisine for $60 per person (267-909-9704).
Barbuzzo: Marcie Turney’s snug Mediterranean dining room in Midtown Village sells out on regular weekends, so you can imagine the rush on this romantic weekend. A four-course prix-fixe menu will be on offer for $65 per person (215-546-9300).
