Starting this week, it’ll be slightly easier to get your mouth on one Ben Puchowitz’ pseudo-Asian cheeseburger buns. Cheu Noodle Bar will now stay open seven days a week instead of closing on Tuesdays. On Saturday and Sunday, the regular dinner menu will be served all day long, from 1 PM to midnight or 10 PM, respectively. Weekday lunch is being extended an extra hour, so it now runs noon-3 PM, Monday-Friday.

Whether you’re craving that mini burger (served on a housemade bun) or are looking find fall warmth in a big bowl of noodles, more hours to get your Cheu on is definitely a good thing. If you haven’t yet tried the brisket bowl, which spikes a sesame-chili-kimchi broth with matzo balls, get on it - The New Yorker has officially declared matzo ball ramen a trend (267-639-4136).
