What’s going on in Philly food and drink this week? We’re glad you asked.

Kraftwork: Best of the Belgians
On Tuesday at noon, the team at this Fishtown pub reveals a lineup of 22 fresh and interesting Belgian beers collected over the past couple of months. To go along with the “New Kids on the Belgian Block” theme, chef Brian Lofink is offering a menu of ‘80s throwback bites. Fruit roll-ups and beer? Why not.

Cantina Dos SegundosFifth Anniversary Party
Birthday number five is the occasion for an all-day celebration on Tuesday, February 18, at this Northern Liberties Mexican, with $5 snacks and $5 El Jimador margaritas and shots. There will be party favors for all who attend, and live music starts at 10 PM.

Cheu Noodle Bar: Pizza Brain Third Thursdee
The February 20 edition of Third Thursday at Pizza Brain and Frankford Avenue mate Little Baby’s Ice Cream features Ben Puchowitz’ Wash West noodle bar. From 6-9 PM you’ll be able to try pizza with pork belly, miso truffle aioli, black garlic glaze, pickled greens and katsubushi flakes. If that’s not mashup enough for you, stick around for the ramen ice cream with candied ramen noodles sprinkled on top.

Eight Great Chefs: Cured & Crafted
VIP is sold out but there are still regular tickets available (here) for this Thursday cook-off showcasing Italy’s pride and joy: prosciutto. Your $45 spot includes tastings of all the dishes paired with craft beer and a chance to vote for the best. More info here.

The Trestle Inn: Spirit of Thursday
Complimentary spirits tastings are now happening every Thursday from 6-8 PM at this upscale go-go bar in the Loft District. This week’s sample sips are of Rebellion bourbon, which is aged in charred American casks for six years and bottled by hand. Look for a honey taste and a long, smooth finish.

Reading Terminal Market: Party for the Market
The first indoor supermarket is celebrating 122 years, and this Saturday is the annual fundraiser dedicated to maintaining the historic gem. Tickets start at $175 (here) for the 7:30-11:30 PM gala, your chance to see RTM after dark while sipping, eating and dancing the night away.

East Passyunk Restaurant Week
We’ll write about this again later in the week, but don’t sleep on reservations for the resto week for this hot South Philly strip - the promotion starts Sunday, February 23 and runs through the next Saturday, March 1. Prix fixe meals are available at 24 restaurants for brunch, lunch and dinner for $15, $25 or $35 per person.
