Sbraga’s Celebrates Two Years With “Best of” Tasting

Kevin Sbraga is celebrating the second anniversary of Sbraga’s launch at Broad and Pine with a special chef’s counter tasting. Starting today and throughout the month of October, the $75 prix-fixe menu - which is prepared by the chef himself for a single 6 PM seating Monday-Thursday - features his most popular dishes from the past two years.

The all-star bill of fare includes his rose-petal-scented foie gras soup, of course, as well as his much-adored lamb belly. Check out the menu below, and call for reservations; space is limited (215-735-1913).
