Bucks County’s River and Glen is founded on the philosophy that sustainably raised and caught seafood is not only healthier and better for the environment, but it tastes more delicious, too. On Thursday, September 5, the seafood purveyor's James Macknight will join chef Andrew Wood for a four-course seafood tasting dinner at Russet in Center City.

The menu features hand-selected cuts of fish and shellfish including smoked Loch Fyne salmon, live scallop with pasta and a communal whole fish - salt-crusted American red snapper. Dinner runs $45 per person and begins at 6:30 PM with a complimentary sparkling wine reception, followed by the sit-down meal at 7 PM, to which you are invited to BYO. Check the menu below and call to reserve your seat (215-546-1521).
