Chef Russell Moore and his Oakland restaurant Camino are the subject of the latest charming Edible Selby profile of kitchen process portraiture. Camino focuses on food cooked in a massive fireplace and the photos really capture the primal glory. Moore is also asked to draw a picture of his kitchen and fireplace setup and he hand-writes descriptions of when he employs the use of "tweezer cuisine."
"We are elegant barbarians," he says.
