Inside Namu Gaji's Farm

Bay Area Bites takes a field trip to visit the Namu Gaji farm, located at Sunol Ag Park in Alameda County. A wide array of produce is grown there for use on the menu, including miniature Mexican sour gherkins, kabocha squash, Dragon's Tongue beans and Korean perilla (shiso). Coming soon: a CSA featuring the produce, plus items such as kimchi and Korean sauces from Namu chef Dennis Lee.
