This week brings the return of a beloved frozen dessert parlor, the expansion of a beloved local burger chain and the debut of a cool new place to wash down some tried-and-true-favorite fried chicken:

• As promised, Three Twins Ice Cream has reopened at 254 Fillmore Street in the Lower Haight after a devastating fire displaced the business in 2012. There is also a new location at 79 Jefferson Street in Fisherman's Wharf that opened at the end of last year. [Haighteration]

• After a rash of violence shuttered nightclub 330 Ritch last year, Victory Hall & Parlor has emerged in its place. It's adjacent to the Little Skillet takeout window, a popular stop for organic fried chicken and waffles, and now offers those patrons the option of an expanded menu with cocktails inside. Super Duper has opened a seventh location for burgers, fries and the like at 98 Mission Street in the Financial District. This time, they've got egg sandwiches and miniature doughnuts. [Eater SF]
