Where to Eat Brunch This Weekend

Spruce now welcomes weekend warriors with a new Sunday brunch service. Chefs Mark Sullivan and John Madriaga are nailing the savory/sweet divide with beignets, lobster Benedict, just-baked coffee cake, duck confit with butterball potatoes and, of course the restaurant's popular namesake burger. Reservations are recommended to avoid disappointment; hours of operation are 10 AM to 2 PM.
