Seamless and GrubHub Complete Merger

Online food delivery giants Seamless and GrubHub have completed their merger, which was reported to be going down back in May. The combined organization, operating under the name GrubHub Seamless, will continue to support GrubHub and Seamless diners separately. But the new network connects customers with a combined 25,000 restaurants for online/mobile orders around the U.S. and in London. (Looks like you're not leaving your apartment ever again.)
