What if a celebrated chef threw a party and invited a bunch of his cool chef friends to come help cook?
Diners at a very special dinner will find out on Sunday. To celebrate its fifth anniversary, Four Seasons Hotel Seattle rolls out the red carpet for the culinary talents of five chefs for a “Best of the West” supper November 3.
Joining Four Seasons Hotel Seattle executive Ccef Kerry Sear are chefs Ned Bell, Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver and YEW Restaurant; Alessandro Cartumini, Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara and Bella Vista Restaurant; Mark Richardson, Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco and the new MKT Restaurant; and Gilles Arzur, Beverly Wilshire (A Four Seasons Hotel) and The BLVD.
The evening will begin with an amuse-bouche challenge, where the chefs will be given 10 minutes to create a dish from ingredients just unveiled to them. Then, the interactive five-course tasting menu will also feature a surprise ingredient that the chefs must incorporate into their final dish. Cameras inside the kitchen will give guests a front row seat to the behind-the-scenes action.
