Dish: Churros Poutine
Backstory: Chef Dave Sidhu offered this playful sweet take on poutine at the taquiera's menu, and it was an instant hit. Fries are swapped with churros, curds with marshmallows, and gravy with cajeta (caramel).
Tasting Notes: Give each churro a good coating of cajeta and marshmallows and let it explode in your mouth. You might have the best intentions of sharing this, but it's tough to give up a single bite.
