Truro's Blackfish Chef Opens Crush Pad Food Truck

If you’re down on the Cape, we’ve got a great tip: Truro’s Blackfish, a New American by chef/owner Eric Jansen, has rolled out a food truck featuring farm-to-fork goodies from local farms. Boston Chefs notes that Crush Pad serves up Niman Ranch burgers, hand-picked lobster on brioche, Snake River Farms Kobe hotdogs and daily specials, including veggie options. The truck is parked at Truro Vineyards, which is another hot spot to check out (daily, 11:30 AM-4:30 PM; prices for items range from $7-$15; 508-349-3399).
