Most Decadent Smothered Fries Around DC

Sure, bathing-suit season is barreling down on us - ready or not. But you can't be good all the time, and all those Rock Creek Park runs and gym crunches and bike rides to work deserve a little reward every now and then. And despite its ultimate comfort-food status as the type of dish we normally crave when it's blustery outside, there are still several places serving smothered fries and spins on the popular Canadian poutine. Because, clearly, some dishes never go out of season.
