Newton’s Noodles Slides Into Dupont Circle

Later this month Newton’s Noodles will open near Dupont Circle from Bethesda's Newton's Table talents, offering diverse dishes in a fast casual setting. Its Chipotle-style operation will be focused on a signature dish called Fuzu - an Asian-accented mix of proteins, vegetables, noodles and a savory soy-based sauce. Other possibilities will include duck eggrolls, beef wontons, a soba salad, ahi tuna bites and kapow chicken on white or brown rice. As for dessert, customers will be tempted by a rum cake.

The stylish space will be done up in maple wood and recycled leather, with stained concrete floors and fancy lighting effects. There will be a people-watching patio as well during warmer months.

1129 20th St. NW; 202-827-3907
