Get a Taste of José Andrés at Whole Foods

By Rina Rapuano | October 14, 2013 By Rina Rapuano  |  October 14, 2013

Who doesn’t want to cook like José Andrés? The gregarious Spanish-born chef intends to make it a tiny bit easier for local home cooks to do just that. Today, the mastermind behind Jaleo, Zaytinya, Oyamel and minibar launches a line of artisanal imported Spanish ingredients at 20 Whole Foods stores in DC, Maryland and Virginia. Offerings from José Andrés Foods include tinned Galician mussels; olive oils and sherry vinegars; artisanal potato chips; and seafood paella kits. The line is also sold at specialty retailers throughout the country, as well as online at www.JoseAndresFoods.com.

Now, if we could just figure out how to get Andrés to come over and cook for our next dinner party.
