Plan Ahead: Peter Chang Teams with The Source

Exciting news for those who have followed the career of Peter Chang, who has a handful of restaurants in Virginia and Atlanta: the sometimes elusive award-winning Sichuan chef will cook for an event with The Source chef Scott Drewno to celebrate the Chinese New Year. From 6-9 PM January 27, the chefs will present a range of dim sum specialties for $50 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) in the restaurant’s lounge. A punch called the Clydesdale - created by head bartender Woong Chang in honor of the Year of the Horse - will be available in addition to a cash bar.

Other just-announced events planned for The Source's New Year revelry include a family-style banquet offered January 31 to mark the official first night of the Chinese New Year; a dumpling-making class presided over by chef Drewno; and the dining room being transformed into a Chinese night market complete with street food on February 10.
