Where to Brunch: Try the Yoga Brunch at Degrees in GeorgetownBy Rina Rapuano | May 2, 2014 By Rina Rapuano | May 2, 2014
Now that the weather’s finally broken, we think it’s the perfect time to introduce you to the new yoga brunch that started last month at Degrees in The Ritz-Carlton Georgetown. If you can’t bring yourself to sit inside during a beautiful spring Saturday morning, you can gorge yourself on the terrace after your al fresco class. Working off your brunch before it even starts? We can’t think of a better way to start the weekend.
The Spot: Degrees
The Gist: Guests can enjoy an hour long, all-levels vinyasa yoga class that starts at 10 AM outside in the hotel’s garden before brunch. For $45 per person, you can choose from three small-plate options and continue the relaxation with bottomless mimosas and bloody Marys.
Eat This: Lemon-ricotta mini pancakes, a chicken-sausage sandwich bookended by Belgian waffles, and a local crab cake.
The Scene: Yogis who can appreciate a bottomless brunch sounds like a fun group to us.
Know Before You Go: You’re welcome to hit the sauna and steam room in the hotel’s boutique spa after the yoga class.
