The Gist: Bryan Voltaggio’s first Chevy Chase Pavilion restaurant launched brunch last month, offering twists on breakfast classics Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 AM-2 PM. Considering all the raves his Downtown Frederick restaurant, Volt, gets for its brunch, we think your hangover is in safe hands here.
Eat This: Cheddar-jalapeño biscuits; crab waffle Benedict; crispy French toast with strawberries.
The Scene: We’re guessing the typical well-heeled crowd that lives and shops in the surrounding neighborhood.
Know Before You Go: Since it opened, the restaurant has shed its small plates for more traditional-sized entrees.
