You “definitely need five napkins” to tackle the “massive” , “juicy” burgers at this “dependable” chain where the “diverse menu” includes sushi at some locations; the “comfortable” , chophouse-inspired digs can get “jammed” , but the “energy” (and “decibel level” ) boosts the “kid-friendly” factor.

5 Napkin Burger is absolutely amazing. The food is always great here. Its best to sit in the restaurant and eat here because you may need more than 5 napkins. They are juicy and topped perfectly when ordered and cooked at medium. Staff was very friendly and service was quick. I would deffinatly recommend eating here if you enjoy a good burger..

My friends and I celebrated a birthday at this restaurant and the variety of burgers was plentiful. Try the lamb burger. Save room for desert because the lava cake is scrumptious. Ooh and try the blueberry lemonade but savor it. It’s not a lot. It’s more ice than lemonade, but it’s delish!

Took upward of 30 minutes to even get water while all the surrounding tables (who had arrived after we did) were getting prompt service. The staff at this restaurant clearly prioritize larger parties and older clientele. I ordered the Ahi Tuna burger rare, which was served to me fully cooked through. I might as well have been served canned tuna on a bun. Our waiter also charged us double. It felt like it was everyone’s first day with how poor the service was. I loved the fries — but only because they reminded me of McDonald’s fries, which honestly I would have been better off getting.
