This place is awesome! Definitely loved finding authentic Italian cuisine! The staff was super helpful, friendly, and personable. Brad was a fantastic waiter! When he found out that I had a food allergy, he went above and beyond to make sure that I had an amazing meal as well. The food was fantastic and filling and great for date night!

We have lived here for years and never knew this restaurant was here. We did not have a reservation, but did get seated (they were busy) and it was fantastic from the moment we sat down to the minute we walked out the door. Loved Fed, our waiter. The food was incredible, we had the specials. Couldn’t tell you the names of what we had, but we both loved what we chose. I had Tiramisu and a cappuccino for dessert. We will make this a regular stop.

This place has average quality food and terrible customer service. My wife and I took her parents and sister’s family here last night to celebrate her mother’s birthday. The gentleman who brought the appetizers out (who was not our server) spilled the sauce from one of the appetizers all over my wife’s shirt sleeve, side/back of her shirt and one side of her pants. This was not a small spill, but rather quite a large spill. The gentleman who spilled the sauce was very embarrassed/apologetic and asked my wife, as she was on the way to the bathroom to clean off her clothes, if he could pay for the clothes to be cleaned, provide a discount on the meal or help in any way. My wife simply told him that he could take some money off of the bill; 25% or 50% would be fair since there’s no guarantee she would be able to get the stains out this spill wasn’t a very pleasant start to the evening. My wife returned after cleaning off and we continued eating and celebrating her mother’s birthday. When the check came at the end of the meal, I was surprise to see that there was absolutely no discount or adjustment on our bill. On top of this, neither our server nor the management apologized for the issue or made us feel like they even cared about it. My wife and I realize that accidents happen; a spill on a shirt and pants is not the end of the world. Truly, all the server or a manager had to do was take ownership of the issue, apologize and provide fair compensation. They did none of this. After seeing no adjustment on the bill, I brought the bill back to the server and advised him we were expecting an adjustment on the bill due to the earlier spill. He reluctantly took the bill back and then deducted the cost of my wife’s meal which was a whopping $21 (if we are unable to have the stains removed completely from my wife’s shirt and pants, I am certain a new outfit will cost more than $21). He basically did the bare minimum in addressing the issue and only then, after telling him I needed the bill adjusted, did he actually apologize to my wife and the rest of us for the issue. The food was average and the spill wasn’t that big of a deal...but the lack of customer service was completely unacceptable.
