Set in "touristy" Fisherman's Wharf, this "long-standing" Sicilian "tradition" supplies "delicious" seafood ferried by a "professional" team, abetted by "awesome" martinis and a "beautiful view" of the Golden Gate Bridge; you almost expect to see the "Rat Pack strolling into" this "iconic" joint, even if what’s deliciously "old school" to some is simply "outdated" to others.

What an amazing place to eat! We were seated very quickly, the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. My only regret is that I had the mussels, because they raised my expectations so high, I will never be satisfied with just any dish with mussels again. My boyfriend loved the chicken and fries, and the 7 year old loved the clam chowder, and sourdough.

We mainly ate here because I'd eaten here nearly 50 years ago and I wanted to relive the memory. The staff were very nice. The food was probably nothing special and certainly not worth what I paid. Total bill for two of us and gratuity was $200, and we didn't even have any wine. I had the Maine Lobster Thermidor. I think it was 75% mushrooms and 25% lobster. I am not a mushroom fan. Look around Fisherman's Wharf for free maps of the area. Inside you can find a coupon for a free Calamari appetizer at Alioto's. It was pretty good.

The crab and salmon were both fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. The fried green beans were quite good. The view was nice, too. Also, good bread. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely go again!
