The Zagat Review
Small plates are “full of big flavors” at this Village Med, which stays “on its game” serving “premier” tapas and “awesome sangria” in “warm” bi-level surroundings helmed by a “welcoming” crew; prices are “fair” , but they can still “add up” , as with the “super-fun” $500+ “everything-on-the-menu” deal.

A great Mediterranean restaurant. Love the layout and decor with subdued lighting. Very romantic. Good food. Very nice cocktails, though limited. The service was courteous, friendly and quick. Very friendly staff. Had a wonderful evening. On the expensive side but worth it.

Thoroughly enjoyed dining at this warm and cozy Spanish tapas restaurant. The multi storey layout with its rustic decor create unique dining spaces and vantage points that simply to the overall ambiance and experience. You feel as though you've been transported to a different world away from New York. Food is well prepared with plenty of options to choose from. Definitely coming back again for more!

Nothing short of amazing. We had made a special request in the reservation notes that while minor, they still honored which was nice. Also, we were seated immediately when we showed up the the reservation, which some restaurants seem to be doing more often lately. The food came out quickly and with good timing, and each dish was delicious. The wine's are not very expensive, and all in all we left stuffed while paying much less than expected. The ambience is fantastic, with it being dim but not too dark (except the men's bathroom, for some reason it was so dark I started to worry I ended up in a closet or something by accident at first). The main chandelier is also really good looking. Most importantly though, we had one of the best waiters I ever experienced. He seemed to be genuinely eager to be there, always came out with a seemingly genuine smile, and was just all around fantastic. I think his name was Rashid or Rashad. The food was amazing, the decor was fantastic, and the pricing was just right. But the waiter really sealed the deal for us. If you come here, you will leave satisfied.
