A lot of "attention" goes into "getting the best ingredients" for the "out-of-this-world" Neapolitan pies that emerge from the imported wood-burning oven at this Freret Street collaboration between pizzaiolo Jeff Talbot and Adolfo Garcia (whose High Hat Cafe is next door); foodies insist "it's not your average pizza parlor" , what with the "cool" decor, artisanal house-cured salumi, "focused Southern Italian wine list” and "great bartenders" mixing craft cocktails.
