“Interesting” Mexican small plates are perfect for “trying a multitude of items” at these “hip” cantinas where an “excellent” tequila lineup and “inventive” combinations make for “fabulous” cocktails; if the digs get “noisy” you can take refuge on the sidewalk patios or at Abajo, TriBeCa’s downstairs speakeasy.

Great express lunch deal, you get chips, salsa, rice, beans, an entree and a soda (free refills) for $13! There's usually plenty of seats although the service can be slow. The food is really delicious, and there's a lot of great options for vegetarians. I bring friends here for lunch all the time and no one is ever disappointed with their meal, I will keep coming back for more!

We came here for a friend's birthday and had a large party for brunch. To say the service was awful would be an understatement. We were sat late even though we all arrive before our reservation time. All of the food was served at once and, since there was not enough table room, the staff simply shoved stuff out of the way, resulting in us having to catch things to avoid having them fall in our laps and we had to ask several times for water and drink refills after having our cups empty for a significant period of time. We were cut off on the two hour mark from our reservation time and when we pointed out that we were seated 20 minutes late, the waiter said "well," shrugged sarcastically, and walked away. After that, the managers and waiters purposely avoided eye contact and our entire table for 15 minutes as we tried to call someone more helpful over to complain. The same waiter then finally, begrudgingly, brought out one more round and was still rude and unapologetic. Will never come here again. Way overpriced for the food and to be treated so poorly, especially in Tribeca. The food was pretty good so maybe order if you prefer drinking with your meals.

Great upscale Mexican joint. Pricey but delicious. Guacamole is fabulous. Chips are made fresh. Superb cocktails. 🍸
