Asian-fusion cuisine with a “newfangled twist” is the star of these “bright and inviting” contemporary eateries; despite occasional grumbles about “tight” seating, it’s “good value for the money” and a nice option for a “casual date” or a “family dinner.”

I had never heard of Asian Mint before going there for my nephew's birthday party. I wish I had. The food was awesome, appetizers and entree. We ordered the beef fried rice and loved every bite. The service there was absolutely amazing! I can't wait to go back and try the siracha chicken.

I haven't even dined at the restaurant yet feel I can give a raving review of this very fresh approach to Asian fusion. Eye-catching curb appeal, an energizing patron vibe and centrally located at the 635/75 interchange????---YES PLEASE! From the moment I walked in to quickky visit the front desk in order to retrieve their menu, I was fondly reminded of my time in San Francisco and Los Angeles where cool, trendy, modern boutique eateries line the hustle and bustle of each city's innovations. All this makes me want more. So for my belated birthday, we will celebrate in style at MINT, where design is queen!

It was my first time at this place and I was intrigued by their atmosphere and design. It looked like a regular cafe from the outside, but the inside had an "IKEA" kind of feel. They also have a private dining room. I ordered the combo Pad Thai, red curry with tofu, and Tom Yum soup with shrimp. The Pad Thai was good. The soup and curry were okay. The soup didn't have much content in it. The red curry was more sweet than spicy (I usually like mine more spicy). The three dishes cost us $39 for two people during lunch, so I personally think that's too pricey for the quality of the food. Other than that, the service was great! I wouldn't come back here only because I'm from Houston and there's better Thai Restaurants I've been to for much cheaper.
