Sitting outside on "quaint" , pedestrian-only Belden Place drinking "awesome" Iberian wines makes you "feel like you're in Barcelona" at this Downtown "paella paradise" serving "sensational" tapas and other "authentic Spanish cuisine" ; indoors "the tables are crammed quite closely together" , but that only adds to the "festive" "buzz."

The paella Hortelana is indescribably tasty, almost tastier than it's ingredients would lead you to believe; definitely a case of "the sum is greater than the parts." Our waitress was the very definition of 5 star service, remaining patient, attentive, friendly, and returning promptly with the bill - something sometimes overlooked but often critical for lunch meals. A++ would take the CEO there again

The service was amazing. The food was great. This is not the place for a quiet date, but a great place for a night out. Lots of energy, quaint looking.

We got there with a somewhat large group and it took 30 minutes to get wine and over an hour for our dishes to start showing up. Service seemed to avoid our table to refill our water or give us updates. Food was mediocre at best with some dishes being better than others. Nothing exceedingly good for being a place on Belden.
