To the owner: Shelly was it? How about you stop taking shots with people and go make sure your restaurant is running smoothly first? We waited for our food from 9-11pm and finally gave up. You're lucky there are so many better restaurants around you that saved us from your restaurant that left us hungry. I'd understand if you were a new establishment and didn't know what you were doing, but you didn't even try. When we left, you were lurking in the side alley and your cook was smoking outside when you both should've been working inside! Overpriced and uncreative. Overpriced - $4 for a bowl of white rice. Are you serious? Uncreative - fries, karage, and bean sprouts? What a waste of time.

Awful music but fun bartender. Cool art on the walls but weird hotel bar vibe.

One stars because the food was ok and they take reservations. But lost the four other stars because the service was super duper slow. It was ridiculous how slow the service was, almost 15-20 minutes after each food was given. And if the service knew the food was going to be slow, at least check in with us and let us know but nope! And please note, it wasn't even busy. We ended up canceling the last two orders because they got it wrong and we knew it would take too long to get it fix. And the worse part, we ran out of water and they didn't bother to give us a refill or check on us. So finally I requested for some water and still got nothing, so I got up and pour the water for my family myself. My first time visiting this place and I don't think I will be coming back, not worth it.
