The bottom line is the food is great. The atmosphere is nice except the cheap looking wood tables with a weird place mat didn't seem to go well with the rest of the decor. The larger stone topped tables looked better. One annoying issue with service was that the tables are comfortably far enough apart so you don't feel like you're eating with the table next to you, but they are close enough together that there is room for a server to stand between the tables. When they are working at an adjacent table their body (butt) imposes on your eating experience. They should be told not to stand between the tables. The wine by the glass list is interesting, but feel the prices are just too high. I won't go back for that reason alone. When the reservation was made they asked if there are any food allergies or if it's a special occasion. I noted it was a birthday but there was no acknowledgement during our service. I don't need a free dessert, but don't ask unless you plan to do something about it.

Bardo is a very nice place to go for a fine dining experience. The ambiance was very nice and the food was absolutely delicious. We had a number of different dishes and were happy with all of them. Their wine and cocktail selection was also excellent. The staff was very attentive and helpful in selecting food and wine pairings. I would recommend this place to any of my fiends for a date or a nice night out.

Chose for anniversary dinner, was not disappointed. Food was great! Exciting but rock solid. Bar is original and new decor works. Down a star for drinks. Lacks lower end wine choices for “normal” folks who can’t tell the difference, and beer pours are the price of a six pack. Stick to the liquor and you’ll be happy!
