“Japanese-style Italian food” begs the question “where else but NY?” – and this “unusual” Flatiron “change of pace” comes through with “interesting” dishes led by a signature “pasta tossed in a Parmesan wheel” ; if the decor’s getting “dated” , the “hospitable” service is fine as is.

Best octopus I've had in the city. The cheese wheel pasta is fantastic. The food and wine is wonderfully priced for NYC. Also, to make a reservation you call and talk to an actual human. I will definitely go back.

Interesting fusion of Japanese and Italian cuisine. I tried the smoked salmon bowtie pasta and it was nicely cheesed ;not too creamy and thick. However it was slightly salty so I would drink lots of water . The staff are friendly and they are known for their specialty of big cheese wheel serving of pasta with prosciutto. I did not try it but it seems the people looked satisfied from it. The desserts are awesome ! Highly recommend if you have space for more food

One of my favorite pasta restaurants in the city. Consistently good food made with fresh pasta and the finest ingredients. For what you get it's an amazing value. One of the best kept secrets in the city.
