Get the chef’s tasting menu with drinks pairing and never look back. I have done this twice now and still catch myself thinking from time to time about how delicious the dishes were. This is one of the top five restaurants I have ever been to. The price is on the high side but it’s totally worth it for special occasions. I would highly recommend Bateau for a date night. The staff are also excellent - very knowledgeable about the food and how it is prepared and excited to tell you about it.

On a tip from a bartender at Teku Tavern we decided to check out Bateau. He had suggested to sit at the bar and order the hidden menu burger. Without the slightest bit of exaggeration, this was without a doubt the best burger I've ever eaten. Maybe just simply the best thing I've ever eaten. Their fries and kale salad were also fantastic, and our bartender made fantastic cocktails. Definitely worth checking out!

Friendly staff and delicious food. The 500° steak plate kept my steak warm as I ate it. The lemonade is fabulous. Several choices of dessert without chocolate for those with an allergy. (They have chocolate too, of course.)
