Be Our Guest Restaurant
Disney's castlelike French eatery

The Zagat Review
You’ll feel “like you stepped into Beauty and the Beast” at this “incredibly recreated” castle in Disney’s Magic Kingdom where the “gorgeous” ballroom and other themed spaces are “crazy popular” ; “surprisingly good” French-American fare is delivered via touch-screen ordering by day, with table service and a “nice wine list” by night, when the furry host “makes an appearance."

What a magical experience! We made our reservation in the Disney Park App and luckily we were able to get in even before our actual reservation time. The welcoming by the receptionist, the really delicious food and the dessert, everything was perfect! We had the Steak and the Braised beef and it was very yummy. For dessert we had the grey stuff and the strawberry and cream dessert. And they were both delicious! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Karen and Joey who made our experience magical!

We came in for the Be Our Guest brunch experience. Even if you have reservations the check-in process is almost like cattle being herded. Outside you will check in by name one time. Then you will join a secondary line inside of the restaurant where you wait to stand in your magic band. Finally you walk up to a screen where you electronically select your meal and options, while also paying. Then you scurry inside and attempt to secure a table in one of the side rooms that are much more enjoyable and attractive than the main Banquet Hall. Chances are you will have very little success doing so since everyone else is attempting to grab a seat in the two side rooms. You will also find that the table bussers are completely overwhelmed in the side rooms and multiple tables will be unavailable due to all the leftover food and trash covering them. The food is a bit underwhelming, although my open-faced egg sandwich was not terrible. A pastry cart is pushed around the banquet hall for the duration of your meal, at which point one of the attendants will hopefully bring you your complimentary pastry. In our case, we had to politely ask since we were overlooked. I assume that dinner in this impressively decorated restaurant is probably a better experience. But, I am placing my review based on my brunch experience. For brunch and breakfast, seek other options, unless your child is hell-bent on getting the full Beauty and the Beast breakfast treatment.

4.5 restaurant I've eaten at inside Disney parks.most food in Disney parks is mediocre at best, but this was a pleasant is nicely decorated like the ballroom from beauty and the beast. Also only place in magic Kingdom to serve alcohol too if I'm not mistaken. Dishes were all above average (maybe not great but much better than anything else in the parks) .prices weren't too overboard either. It is always full so try and make reservations as early as possible. Didn't care for desserts though.
