Service

Bel-Air's "old guard" appreciates the "well-prepared" Californian fare and "attentive service" at this "expensive" Getty-area "standby" owned by Walt Disney's niece; with its multiroom space "tarted up" following an "extensive remodel" , it remains "reliable" in an area where options are limited.

This long-standing neighborhood gem does not disappoint. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel respected and like family. The menu is varied, from healthy appetizers like tuna tartare to vegan main courses like their eggplant Napoleon which is delicious. They have two fish main courses, salmon and sesame crusted tuna as well as steak, pastas, sandwiches and both beef and turkey burgers. Five salad options including a Caesar, and the table bread are pretzel rolls. All the food is well made with obviously high-quality ingredients and tastes delicious.

Wonderful restaurant in a unusual location. Might actually drive right past assuming it's part of the gas station next door. It's a lovely dimly-lit restaurant and Bar. Great wine and good entrees. The portions are not small. The calamari was cooked perfectly.
