The pork-belly burger with inventive toppings "wows" fans of this affordable SoMa spot from a caterer and former Food Network chef, also serving chicken and veggie patties accompanied by "crisp" fries; spun off from a vending booth, it’s a simple counter-serve setup with beer on tap.

The best burger I've ever had in my life. I love the flavor of pork belly but usually don't have it anywhere since I don't like the texture of fat but the pork belly patties here are a different story! If you love pork this is the place for you! Even the chicken patties are incredible! The banh mi and "American" style burgers are my favorite but I've never had anything here I don't like. I always recommend this place and bring friends here. So good I bought the T-shirt with their logo on it that they sell. It's that good!

The enthusiasm was somewhat anti climatic upon entering this establishment. The interior was empty, void of any stuff on the walls nor much furniture but I was greeted by an happy smiling employee. I ordered online so I was only there to pickup my order that was ready to go. The burger was lean, moist and awesome to the palate.

It was...Okay... Definitely to try, but don't think I would be coming back. I had the Firecracker Pork Belly burger, normal size. Flavors were decent. Felt really fatty though, but I mean it is pork belly...what else should I have expected. It just wasn't great enough for me to have the thought in my head like... hm...I want to go back... They grind up pork belly to make their burgers, I think I would rather have a crispy skin pork belly instead, if I want to indulge in dangerous doses of pig fat, I would want it to be in a form of bacon. Just my two cents.
