"They know how to smoke some meat" at these counter-serve kitchens with a "simple" menu of "down-South-style" ’cue offered with regional sauces and a handful of sides; you might encounter lines at prime times, but luckily they move "quickly" ; P.S. some locations also serve "out of this world" breakfast.

Catering orders STAY AWAY!!! To start with the order was incomplete when we received it, missing: buns, sauces and salad (everything needed to make the meal). My manager called to see what was going on and you had her on hold for 20-25 mins. That is completely unacceptable as you are literally down the street. By the time you came with the remaining condiments, the meeting was far from over. Meaning the delivery arrived at 10AM and the meeting was from 11AM to 12PM. You mean to tell me it took over 2 hours to complete my order. To top it off, whoever my manager spoke with didn’t even apologize for the mess created without explaining what really happened. The attendees didn’t even get eat BBQ, just some dried up meat.

Canadian speaking here: "the portion sizes are huge!" But thankfully they are; the BBQ is on point. Amongst the best pulled pork sandwiches I've had. If you're after a salad - this is still a good place for you. Excellent taste and fresh! Very clean and the employees are always happy to help!

Great BBQ, fast service. Assembly line style. Hit it right before lunch break for businesses. Line out the door after I got in. Had the pulled pork and brisket.. . Both worth the wait.
