Set in a sleek, “industrial yet intimate” space behind Bushwick hit Roberta’s, this “culinary tour de force” from Carlo Mirarchi presents a “simply unreal” New American tasting menu – 20-plus “playful” courses – at a 12-seat counter facing the kitchen; prepare for “special-occasion pricing” ($195 a pop, not including wine), but it’s one for “any serious eater's NYC list.”

WOW! An amazing experience with every dish and pairing wine/IPA beers. The staff were pleasant and attentive not pretentious like many restaurants I've dined in. You must try Blanca's! This is 1 of my new favorites places.

Genuine article. Well worth the arm and leg. Be sure to opt for the wine pairing. Staff is genuine, warm and attentive. Service flows naturally in a gorgeous space while a turntable spins real vinyls for music all night long. Everything far exceeded my already high expectations, truly transcendental dining experience and one of the best wine pairings I’ve ever had. Brava Blanca! There is also an electronic bidet.

Blanca is not your typical chef's table experience. It's welcoming, personal, I formal, laid-back and actually enjoyable. You could totally wear shorts here and not get glared at, which is my kind of place. I highly recommend this experice if you have hesitations about chef's tables because while it is pricy, you leave full and if you get the wine pairing add on you will be feeling happy. The staff are great and approchable, I will definitely be going back
