The Bromberg brothers “consistently get it right” at these “beloved” New Americans where “down-home” cooking ( “wonderful” matzo ball soup, “ballin’” fried chicken) make for “comfort-food heaven” ; the original SoHo “standby” is a late-night “haunt for off-duty chefs” , while the Bakery Kitchen has “intoxicating” smells of baking bread, and though they're not inexpensive, they remain “perennial favorites.”

Amazing food, super kind wait staff and bartender, and open late. It was around 3am and it was lovely. We had the bone marrow (so delicious!) the escargot, oyster plate, and the pierogies. All SO GOOD!

The place is cozy and with low lightning. Staff is very friendly. Prices are a bit high. The quality of the sushi was very good though. Do recommend!

Incredibly good food at a fair price considering you're in Manhattan. Wait staff is very helpful and extremely knowledgable of the menu.
