“Vegetarians and omnivores alike” “have no beef with no beef” at Mike Jackson's BYO "destination" in Southampton, where his "excellent, flavorful" meatless creations are served by a “friendly, helpful” staff; it’s “always busy” and the "small" room "fills up fast" , but most walk out “feeling healthy” and “completely satisfied.”

Blue Sage has been a fixture for quite some time, however they've never let me down! Every time I've been to Blue Sage I've had a great experience. The food is reasonably priced, delicious, and generously portioned. I worry more about overeating than having a bad time. I wish the menu changed more frequently, but I have no complaints since the food is consistently great. The wait staff knows what dishes can be made vegan and generally does a great job.

I had the Carnival and it was incredible. I like when vegetarian restaurants don't try to replace the meat with something like it. This dish was a combination of unexpected flavors. It was enough for two meals, but I managed to eat every last bite. I am sad that I did not discover Blue Sage earlier on my trip to Philadelphia. An absolute delight.

Hadn't been since they moved across the street to the bigger location. Much more space, which is great, but it definitely lost the quaint, cute feel. The decor is lack luster. Food was good. To-go food was packaged poorly and came out of the containers on the ride home.
