I was there on vacation with my family. The food was great and the cocktails even better. We try several items in the menu and my favorite was the smoke salmon appetizer. The price is reasonable and services very good. I will definitely be back in my next visit to San Francisco

The worst dining experience I've ever had. What a joke. Came for dinner Saturday night with a group of friends (we made a reservation online). Pretty much nothing went right. - Our server was nowhere to be found most of the time - Drink orders took about 30 minutes (and mine even longer because the server forgot to put it in) - Food was 'meh' and portions were very small - Never received our French fries appetizer (even after reminding the server repeatedly about them) - One person's entree never arrived (but was still on the bill!) - A starter salad came after all the entrees - Server never came back to check on us or our meals The server was able to comp a few drinks but did not make up for this train-wreck. The manager was also sitting close by and wasn't attentive at all. Don't waste your time or money with plenty of better options nearby.

I wish I could give a negative star but I guess I’ll dedicate the one star for the good music. This was by far the worst experience anyone could ever have. I went to this place with friends, party size 7. Drinks took a while to come out, mine was the wrong drink (seriously, the staff should know the 5 item wine menu if they have to sell it). A friend ordered his drink with the appetizers but came out after he got his entree. Really…? We ordered multiple appetizers, one came out after an entree, the other I guess was still at the store because it never came. Even after reminding multiple members of the staff, those fries were nowhere to be seen. Now, let’s talk about the disastrous entrees. Portions were small, except for the burger that one friend ordered, and everything looked good. I wouldn’t know what my dinner looked or taste like because I never received it. After reminding the staff about 4 times, I finally made the decision to eat somewhere else seeing as I was starving and everyone finished their meals. Talk about an awkward!!!! So we get our bill and all that was comped were 1 round of drinks. Well, half the drinks came out 30-45 minutes late, and my second drink was a wrong wine, not to mention, there was a meal on the bill that we never ordered. The waiter went back to “see what he could do” and I noticed he asked, who I am assuming to be the manager, for help. If this guy was the manager, someone needs to check him or this place will close down real soon. While I’m sitting, watching my friends eat, starving my ass off, noticing the waiter waiting tables throughout the ENTIRE restaurant, the “manager” was sitting behind us at the bar eating a meal. Really? The manager rather let paying customers starve? Mind you, he never came over to our table. No meal voucher, not even an apology. Just allowed the waiter to take all the heat for his lack leadership and the ability to manage. I end up having to go to Hi Tops across the street to get a meal. By the way, the fries and my meal at Hi Tops came out less than 10 minutes from ordering. And it was good. Small portion meals, meals disappearing from the kitchen, drinks in limbo, and poor management. Unless you’re prepare to feast on a cup of water and a plate of air, don’t waste your time!
